Parents and students are able to request the following:
Withdraw Request - To withdraw your student without requesting records
Official Transcripts- High school students and graduates ONLY can request a transcript through Parchment. There is a fee associated with requests placed on the parchment site. Official transcripts are only considered official if sent directly from ACA to another school. They become unofficial if sent to the parent or student.
School Records Request - Parents ONLY - use this link to request any school records, transcripts, or proof of withdrawal that needs to be sent to another school or to parent for their records
Letter of Recommendation- Current Students ONLY - use to request a letter of recommendation from a teacher to complete a scholarship or college application. Common App applicants should complete the entire application process in Common App and do not need to complete this request form. Please keep deadlines in mind as teachers have 30 days to complete request.
Proof of Enrollment - Current Students ONLY - use to request a letter showing your student is enrolled at Arizona Connections Academy
